OUR FOUNDER

Elder Jacqueline Carter

Born in Harlem, NY, Elder Carter is a passionate minister, leader, and community servant. Licensed in ministry since 1982 and ordained in 1998, she has led numerous women’s and outreach ministries across NY and GA, including Free Women in Christ and P.U.S.H. Rally. A proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to Music, she continues to serve with heart and purpose—through revivals, chaplaincy, and street ministry. Her life is anchored in Psalm 37:5 and her mission is clear: to lead Women Blessing Women in love, purpose, and faith.

We extend love and support to women through community service and faith-based outreach, meeting them where they are and sharing hope through practical help and the message of Christ.

Our mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus reaching out with compassion, not judgment, and offering real solutions for real needs. Whether it’s providing meals, clothing, emotional support, or simply a listening ear, we serve with humility and intentionality, honoring the unique journey of every woman we encounter.

We believe that true healing and transformation begin when love is shown in action. Through outreach events, prayer gatherings, mentoring, and everyday moments of kindness, we walk alongside women facing life’s challenges offering encouragement, resources, and the life-giving truth of God’s word.

MENTORSHIP & SUPPORT

We foster meaningful one-on-one and group mentorship connections that encourage spiritual growth, emotional healing, and personal development. In a safe, faith-centered environment, women find guidance, give support, and grow together in purpose and strength.

Through intentional relationships rooted in trust and prayer, women are empowered to face life’s challenges with courage and grace. Our mentorship approach is grounded in biblical truth and fueled by compassion, creating a space where stories are shared, burdens are lifted, and victories are celebrated.

Whether navigating a season of transition, healing from past wounds, or seeking deeper spiritual connection, every woman is met with empathy, wisdom, and genuine care. We believe transformation happens in community and here, no one walks alone.
